DataSprout is a free application — there are no accounts, no payments, and no registration. We process only:

• Contact data (email address) — when you write to us, to respond to inquiries and provide support. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited on this website — for security and basic analytics. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).

3. Data processed by the App

The DataSprout application runs entirely within your own Salesforce organization. It does not read, query, sample, or export your business records — it reads only your org's schema (object and field definitions) in order to generate fully synthetic test data. The App makes no external callouts and contains no telemetry: no usage data, no diagnostics, and no content of any kind is transmitted to us or to any third party. We have no access to your Salesforce organization or anything in it. All data generated by the App is synthetic and remains solely in your organization, under your control.

4. Retention periods

• Contact correspondence — up to 2 years from the last contact.
• Technical website logs — up to 12 months.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed to:

• Zenbox — our hosting provider, limited to server log data.
• Public authorities — only when required by applicable law.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

• Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
• Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17 GDPR)
